For Traditional Chinese Medicine, each organ has its own schedule, wich is the time when the organ is at its maximum function and is recovering. It is at this time that the energy (Chi) circulates most in some organ.
When a person wakes up at a certain time during the night at a time when the energy is maximum in a certain organ, this fact provides very useful indications for diagnosing and acting to treat a pathology, or in this case, urticaria.
Schedules of each organ
·01:00 AM – 03:00 AM – LIVER
·3:00 AM – 05:00 AM – LUNG
·5:00 AM – 07:00 AM – LARGE INTESTINE
·7:00 AM – 09:00 AM – STOMACH
·9:00 AM -11:00 AM – Spleen
·11:00 AM -13:00 AM – HEART
13:00 AM -15:00 AM – SMALL INTESTINE
·15:00 AM -17:00 AM – BLADDER
·17:00 AM -19:00 AM – RINS
·19:00 AM – 21:00 AM – PERICARDIUM
·21:00 AM – 23:00 AM – MERIDIANO TRIPLE HEATER
·23:00 AM – 01:00 AM – BILIARY VESICLE
Now a very important note:
For the inner organs to recover in their schedule, it is mandatory for the person to be in the REM sleep period. This is the deepest period of sleep, and it´s only reached if the person has been sleeping for at least 1 hour. This means that if the person falls asleep at 1AM, on that night there is no recovery of the liver. Anyone who has urticaria or hives and wants to heal it, specially if a big part of their urticaria or hives is due to liver imbalance, this is a major obstacle to healing, because at the schedule of the liver the person is not in the REM sleep period or is eventually awake.
Another very important note is to talk about the organs that recover during the day. People ask how it is then possible to recover if the person is awake during the day. The answer is very simple; it´s the organs that recover during the night that have the task to recover the day period organs. In the image of the 24-hour circle, each daytime organ is recovered by the nighttime organ in the opposite position placed on the left side of the night circle.
See you soon. Enjoy and study.
